1/2 lb mushrooms
3 tbsp butter
1 - Take 1/2 lb mushrooms, clean and prepare as directed in "To Prepare Mushrooms", breaking the caps in pieces.
2 - Cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes in 3 tbsp butter.
3 - Then, after sprikling them sith salt, pepper and flour, cook them slowly for 5 minutes in 1/2 cp hot stock or water
