Creamed New Potatoes III
12 small new potatoes
1 - Take 12 small new potatoes, and instead of paring, scrape all the skins off.
2 - In boiling, add salt when they are partly cooked.
3 - As soon as they are tender, drain them.
4 - In a serving dish pour over them a white sauce sprinkled with chopped pars;ey or paprika.
