2 cps mashed potatoes
2 yolks of eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cp milk
salt & pepper to taste
Whites of 2 eggs, beaten stifgf
1 - Take 2 cps mashed potatoes and stir into them 2 yolks of eggs, very well beaten,
2 tbsp butter, and 3/4 cp milk, with salt and pepper to taste.
2 -When they are well mixed and beaten, fold in with them the whites of the eggs,
which have been beaten until stiff.
3 - Pile the whole lightly into a buttered baking dish, and bake until brown and puffy,
(about 10 minutes) in a moderate oven.
4 - Serve immediately, very hot.
