French Style Spinach
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
2/3 cp chicken stock
1 - When the spinach has been boiled and chopped fine, heaqt it over in a hot pan where 3 tbsp flour
have been cooked in 4 tbsp butter and 2/3 cp chicken stock has been added.
2 - For seasoning use salt, pepper, a little grated nutmeg and lemon rind, and 1 tsp powdered sugar.
