6 large tomatoes
12 chopped mushrooms
1/2 cp chicken meat chopped fine
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 - When you have wiped 6 large, firm, well-shaped tomatoes and cut from the top of each
a small slice, carefully remove the seeds and pulp, without breaking the shells.
2 - Make filling by mixing together 12 chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cp chicken meat chopped fine,
4 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 tbsp melted butter and 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
3 - When the shells have been refilled, bake the tomatoes in a moderate oven 1/2 hour.
4 - erve hot with cream sauce.
