Cream of Wheat
1/2 cp cream of wheat
1 tsp salt
4 cps boiling water
1 - Have 4 cps of boiling water actively boiling in a saucepan with 1 tsp saqlt.
2 - Gradually add 1/2 cp cream of wheat and continue stirring until it thickens
3 - Then let it cook over boiling water for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
