Rice a la Creole
1 slice cooked ham, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
1 cp boiled rice
1 tbsp butter
2 cps cooked tomatoes
1 - Take 1 slice of cooked ham and 1 onion, both chopped fine, and mix them with 1 cp boiled rice,
1 tbsp butter, and 2 cps of cooked tomatoes which have been seasoned to taste with salt and paprika.
2 - In a buttered baking-dish place the mixture with bread-crumbs spread over the top.
3 - Bake for 15 minutes before sergving.
