Scrambled Eggs II
1 - Beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are thoroughly mixed, and, after seasoning
with pepper and salt, stir in milk, allowing 1 to 3 tbsp for each egg.
2 - Have a frying pan hot and put into it 1 tbsp butter for each egg.
3 - When the butter isn hot pour in the egg mixture, stirring steadily and lifting
the egg ftom the bottom and sides of the pan.
4 - Do not leave it over the heat and instant too long.
