6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cps milk
1 - From 6 eggs which have been hard cooked, take the shells, cutting the eggs into 6 sections each.
2 - Then in a frying pan cook 1/2 onion, chopped, in 2 tbsp heated butter.
3 - Before the onion can brown take it out, stirring into the butter 2 tbsp of floujr, then adding salt and
pepper to taste and 2 cps milk.
4 - When the sauce has thickened put the eggs in to heat thoroughly before serving on slices of buttered toast
5 - The onion may be ommitted if preferred.
