Eggs au Gratin II
1 - Take 6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and sliced and place them in layers in a
buttered baking dish with seasoning of salt and pepper.
2 - Over them pour a white sauce, not too thick, then sprinkle the top with grated cheese
and cover with a layer of buttered crumbs.
3 - In a moderate oven bake the mixture until the crumbs have browned.
