French Dressing II
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
<1/4 tsp pepperbr> chopped green peppers
bit of garlic
1 - To 3 tbsp olive oil use 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
2 - First mix together the salt, pepper, and oil, then, stirring continuously, add the vinegar or lemon juice slowly.
3 - French dressing may be varied by stirring into it other seasoning ingredients, such as
chopped green peppers or parsley, grated cheese or a bit of garlic.
