Frozen Tomato Salad
2 cups cooked tomatoes
1 - Take 2 cups cooked tomatoes and season them with salt, pepper and a little sugar.
2 - After straining, pour ihnto a mold and let it stand packed in ice and salt.
3 - When it has been chilled for 3 hours, turn from mold.
4 - Serve in slices on lettuce leaves with any dressing preferred.
