2 cps cream
3 tbsp gelatin
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 - Into a mold lined with sponge cakes or lady fingers pour a filling made as follows:
2 - Beat until stiff 2 cps cream; to this add 3 tbsp gelatin soaked weveral minutes in 3 tbsp
cold water, then dissolved with 4 tbsp boiling water.
3 - Next, beat in 2 tbsp powdered sugar and any desired flavoring.
4 - Set the mold in a cool place until cream hardens.
