1 cp sugar
1 - Put 1 cp sugar in a pan mixed with 1 tbsp cold water.
2 - Stir continually but gently while it cooks to a light brown sirup.
3 - To this add slowly 1 cp boiling water, blending until smooth, and
allow it to simmer from 5 to 10 minutes
4 - Cool before serving.
5 - If sirup is too thick add some hot water and repeat boiling.
