Hard Sauce II
1/3 cp butter
1 cp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla, or any other desired extrace, or grated nutmeg or lemon rind
1 - Take 1/3 cp butter and cream it well, adding 1 cp powdered sugar and beating until very light.
2 - For flavoring add 1 tsp vanilla or any other desired extract, or grated nutmeg or lemon rind.
3 - If preferred, substitute maple sugar for powdered sugar.
