1 - Heap with berries (blueberries, huckleberries, blackberries, etc.) a pie-plate lined with plain pastry dough.
2 - Sprinkle with sugar, flour, and a little salt, and add bits of butter.
3 - The top may be covered with crust or with strips of pastry dough.
4 - Bake in a moderate oven about 3/4 hour.
