1 cp ground coffee
shell of an egg
1 - Take 1 cp ground coffee, and, after mixing with a little cold water and shell of an egg, pour
over it 5 cps boiling hot water.
2 - Let it boil 10 to 12 minutes, then, after taking it from the stove, pour in 1/4 cp cold water to settle the grounds.
3 - Strain off to a serving pot.
