Potato and Green Pea Soup
Two medium size Maine potatoes diced and one onion boiled in 1 pint boiling water.
When tender rub with 1 cup canned peas through sieve.
Add 1 qt. hot milk, salt, pepper, and a thickening made by blending 2 tbsp flour
and 2 tbsp butter added to hot mixture make it ready to serve with minced parsley on top.>p>
