4 - 6 Maine baking potatoes
3 tbsp melted butter
1 can Norwegian Sardines
1 - Bake potatoes in hot oven (400 degrees) 1 hour or until mealy.
2 - Split and remove pulp. Combine with butter and seasonings.
3 - Pile back into shells and place 3 sardines on each.
4 - Return to oven to grill fish.
Yield: 4 - 6 portions.
