Bohemian Potato Roll
4 cps cold Maine potatoes, mashed
9 tbsp farina
9 tbsp flour
2 eggs, wellbeaten
1 tsp salt
1 - Combine potatoes, farina, flour, eggs and salt andn knead on board.
2 - Shape into 4 or 5 elongated rolls and cook in salted water 15 minutes.
3 - When done, cut with thread into slices.
4 - Serve with fried onions and plenty of butter.
5 - Sauerkraut is also a perfect accompaniment to this tasty dish.
