Potato Salad with Sliced Frankfurters
1 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cp dill pickle, chopped
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt Instructions
1 - Combine potatoes, cucumber, tomato, pickle and onion.
2 - Add frankfurters whcich have been cooked in boiling water, cooled, peeled and sliced.
3 - This is a substantial main dish salad, excellent for picnics or porch suppers.
Yield: 4 to 6 portions
