Potatoes Maitre D'Hotel
Peel and cook 6 medium size Maine potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 minutes or until tender.
Melt 1/4 cp butter inn a small saucepan, add 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, a dash of pepper,
1/4 cp minced parsley and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
When potatoes are done, drain them, pour the sauce over them and shake or turn carefully
sith a spoon until coated with sauce.
Serve at once.
Yield: 6 portions
