Baked Potatoes and Carrots
2 mediumm size Maine potatoes
2 medium size carrots
1/2 cp of ground cooked ham
1 tbsp green pepper
1 tsp minced onion
2 cps thin white sauce
1 - Pare potatoes and scrape carrots. Cut into small discs
2 - Mix with ham, pepper, onion, and white sauce.
3 - Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 - Pour into shallow pan andn cover with grated cheese.
5 - Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours.
6 - Add milk if moisture is needed.
Yield: 4 portions.
