Baked Potatoes and Creamed Chipped Beef
Bake 6 large Maine potatoes. When done, make cross cuts in the top of each.
Open potato partially. Sprinkle mealy portion lightly with salt and pepper
and insert a square of butter.
Fill the center with piping hot creamed chipped beef
Serve immediately. Splendid for Junior's or sister's lunch
