8 cooked Maine potatoes, cold
2 tbsp grated American cheese
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter
Paprika if desired
1 - Cut cold potatoes into thin round slices, place them in a dish
sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh bread crumbs, spread well over them
a piece of butter about the size of a nut, then place the dish in the oven.
2 - After 10 minutes, when golden brown, serve
3 - This can be made in as many layers as desired.
Paprika, if desired, adds flavor.
