2 cps hot mashed Maine potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1 cp milk
1 - Season mashed potatoes with butter
2 - Beat egg yolks and add.
3 - Add milk. Blend, fold in beaten egg whites.
4 - Heap in well-greased baking dish.
5 - Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) about 10 minutes or until brown.
Yield: 6 portions
