Potatoes Fried in Buttermilk
Heat 2 tbsp of fat in frying pan, stir in 2 cps chopped Maine potatoes
and toss them until they begin to color, adding seasoning to taste.
Then stir in 1 cp of rich buttermilk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve on crisp toast
Yield: 4 to 6 portions
