1/2 tsp Herbsaint
1 dash bitters
1 jigger whiskey
1 tsp sugar
1 - Dissolve sugar thoroughly in small amount of water in water glass
2 - Then add bitters, whiskey and cracked ice.
3 - Stir well.
4 - Get your cocktail glass and drop the lemon peel into it squeezing it well to extract the oils.
5 - Drop cherry, strain mixture into cocktail glass and serve.
6 - The above is for 1 cocktail. You may increase quantity proportionately for large numbers.
