4 lbs seedless raisins
1 1/2 lbs sugar
1 qt grape juice
1/2 yeast cake
1 gallon boiling water
1 - Chop raisins fine in wooden bowl, put in crock with sugar and boiling water, add a quart
of grape juice and in 12 hours add yeast cake.
2 - Stir several times a day for 18 days, then draw off and strain as in recipe for blackberry wine.
