medium to large oysters
1 - Select mecium to large oysters, drain, roll 2 at a time on corn meal, and drop instantly into boil;ing oil of a fine grade.
2 - They should brown in 1 minute. Lift and drain on brown paper and serve immediately with tomato catsup.
3 - Don't pur too many in the oil at once, they will be soggy and greasy if crowded.
