Tuna Fish Loaf
1 can tuna fish
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 medium size stuffed olive
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 1/2 cps water
1 envelope knox gelatin
pinch black pepper and salt to taste
1 - Dissolve gelatin, 1 cp cold water.
2 - Put 2 1/2 cps water to boil with tomato paste, celery salt and salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
3 - Thenn mix with gelatin, tuna fish and olives.
4 - Put in china dish to harden in refrigerator.
5 - Serve on a lettuce leaf and top with heaping teaspoon of mayonnaise.
This is a nice dish for Sunday night supper as it can be prepared the day before.
