Filet of Trout
French fried potatoes
slices of lemon
1 - To the trout that has been cleaned, tenderloined and drued, add the seasoning, red pepper, black pepper
and salt, then dip into beaten egg, and into flour that has a small dash of baking powder, and drop into
deep hot shortening until brown.
2 - Serve with tartar sauce and French fried potatoes, and slices of lemon.
