Chicken a la King II
4 cps diced chicken (cooked)
1 shredded green pepper
1 heaping tbsp chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp salad oil
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cp, pimento, shredded
1 cp strained chicken soup
1 - Put oil in skillet, heat and fry slow the peppers and mushrooms for 10m minutes.
2 - Remove them from the oil and add to the oil first the flour, stirring to keep smooth, then the soup.
3 - Cook for 5 minutes, then add milk, mushrooms pepper and pimento, salt and pepper.
4 - Put in double boiler if necessary to heat over again.
