Breaded Veal Rounds
2 lbs veal round, cut into 1/2" steaks
3 cps toasted and rolled bread crumbs
2 very thin slices garlic
sal and black pepper
1 - Cut all gristle and fat from your veal rounds, beat eggs in plate, add garlic, salt and pepper,
dip meat in egg until well coated, then put one piece at a time in plate of bread crumbs, and fry in hot oil.
2 - Use iron skillet with 2 inches of oil.
3 - The meat should fry brown in about 10 minutes.
4 - This makes a delicious meal werved with mashed potatoes, a green vegetable and lettuce with thousand island dressing.
