1 1/2 cps sugar, sifted several times
1 cp sifted flour
1 tbsp cold water into egg whites before beating
whites of 11 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 - Beat egg whites to a stiffness that you can cut with a knife, add flour slowly,
folding all the time, then extracts, cream of tartar, and bake in moderate oven in
round cake pan with tube.
2 - Turn cake pan upside down on plate, and the cake will fall out of the pan when cold.
