Rice Pudding II
2 cps cooked rice
1 pint milk
1 1/2 cps sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 - Beat the yolks ofm eggs well, add sugar slowly, beat until mixture is creamy, add milk
sl.owly, pinch of salt, and put muxture inn double boiler.
2 - Then add the cooked rice.
3 - When the mixture is hot add the cornstarch dissolved in a little water, and stir until thick.
4 - Take off fire, add vanilla, put in pudding pan, beat the whites of the eggs until stiff, add
slowly 1 cp sugar, a few drops of vanilla, spread on pudding, and bake in slow oven for about

5 - Most people think this pudding is better cold, but some like it hot.
