pie crust dough
3/4 cp chopped raisins
3/4 cp chopped dates
1/4 cp chopped nuts
1 cp light brown wugar
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1 - Roll pie crust to 1/8" thickness and cut in 3-inch squares.
2 - Mix together 3/4 cp chopped raisins, 3/4 cp chopped dates, 1/4 cp chopped nuts,
1 cp light brown sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 1 egg, juice and grated rind of 1 lemon. and put a
heaping tsp of the mixtureon each square and fold over diagonally to form a triangle.
3 - Moisten the edges with a piece of ice, and use a fork to press the edges together.
4 - Bake in hot oven for 10 minutes or until brown.
