1 1/2 cps sugar
1 heaping tbsp flour
4 cps pecans, chopped fine
1 tsp baking powder
Beat egg yolks 10 minutes, add slowly the sugar, then put in nuts, flour and baking powder,
then the stiffly beaten whites, cook in two layers and use whipped cream to put together, or bake
in one shallow pan, cut into inch squares and serve with whipped cream.
