1 1/2 cps sugar
3 cps flour
1 cp butter
1/3 cp water
1 cp raisins
1 cp chopped nuts
1/2 tsp each cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 tsp soda
1 - Cream the butter and sugar.
2 - Add eggs then add the flour, cinnamon and soda after sifting together
with the water (or milk) alternately.
3 - Add the chopped nuts and raisins.
4 - Drop from teaspoon on greased tin.
5 - Bake in moderate oven. Should make 60.
