Banana Ice Cream
1 envelope gelatin
12 ripe bananas
2 cps sugar
1 quart milk
1 pint whipping cream
1 - It is not necessary to use cornstarch in this cream. Gelatin is preferred
2 - Soak 1 envelope gelatin in 1/2 cp cold water, heat 1 cp milk, add to gelatin
and mix with rest of milk and cream.
3 - Slice bananas in very thin round slices, mix with sugar and put all together and freeze immeiately.
