Peach Ice Cream
1/4 cp cornstarch
1 qt milk
1 pint whipping cream
9 large ripe peaches
1 1/2 cps sugar
1 - Plunge the ripe peaches into boiling water for 1 minute, prick with fork and peel
cut into very thin slices and mix with sugar.
2 - Pour cream off of milk. put remainder in double boiler, bring to boil, add cornstarch.
3 - Set to cool, mix with peaches and cream, add vanilla and freeze in regulation freezer.
