Vanilla Ice Cream
6 egg whites
2 cps sugar
2 tbsp gelatin
1 cp water
1/2 cp water
1 qt cream
1 - Boil sugar and water together long enough for mixture to make hard ball when
dropped into cup of cold water.
2 - Pour slowly into well beaten whites of eggs.
3 - Add gelatin, which has soaked in cp of water 30 minutes.
4 - Beat well until cool, add cream, vanilla and freeze immediately.
This makes a delicious cream.
