4 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp powdered sugar
1 cp prune pulp
1 tsp vanilla
1 - Add salt to egg whites and then beat until stiff.
2 - Now add sugar very slowly, then the prune pulp (made from prunes cooked,
seeded and chopped), then add vanilla.
3 - Put in Pyrex or baking dish into a slow (325 degree oven for 10 or 15 minutes,
serve with a topping of whipped cream, and a dab of crushed pecans, or nuts.
Serve iced cold.
