1 box strawberries
1 cp sugar
1 tbsp granulated gelatin
2 tbsp cold water
3 tbsp boiling water
1 quart cream
1 - Wash and hull berries, sprinkle with sugar and let stand one hour;
mash and rub through fine sieve; add gelatin soaked in cold water and
dissloved in boiling water.
2 - Set inn a pan of ice water and stir until it begins to thicken; fold in
whipped cream and freeze.
3 - Raspberries or peaches or shredded pineapple may be used instead of strawberries
