2 cps sugaqr
2 cps pecans, chopped fine
1 tsp butter
1 - Use iron skillet.
2 - Put sugar and butter into skillet, melt slowly stirring continuously, until sugar is a dark caramel.
3 - Put pecans in immediately, mix and pour into buttered tin, cut immediately.
4 - This confection is delicious, but requires speed skill and planning to be a success.
