2 cps sugar
3/4 cps water
1/2 tbsp vinegar
4 cps pecan halves
1 - Put to boil sugar, water and vinegar until syrup makes a soft ball when
dropped into a cup of cold water, put in pecans, cook until syrup forms a hard
ball in a cup of cold water.
2 - Have ready large platter or [ans greased with butter, drop a large spoonful
of the mixture about 6 inches apart, and let them cool.
3 - When hard and cold, run knife under each praline, and out on a plate.
