2 cps granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cp chopped peanuts
1 - Heat the peanuts and salt together; put sugar in an iron pan, place over a low flame
and stur constantly until the sugar is changed to a light brown syrup.
2 - Add the chopped peanuts and salt, stirring them in as quickly as possible.
3 - Pour immediately into a hot buttered pan, divide into squares with a chopping knife.
