3 cps granulated sugar
1 cp milk
2 tbsp butter
2 cps chopped pecans
1 1/2 cps sugar
1 - Boil the 3 cps sugar with milk.
2 - Melt the 1 1/2 cps sugar in an iron skillet to caramel.
3 - When the sugar and milk mixture forms a soft ball when dropped
in cold water (to test) add the caramel, nuts and butter.
4 - Take off and beat until creamy.
5 - Pout on buttered dish, when cold.
6 - Cut into squares.
