Weiner Schnitzel (Breaded Veal Cutlet)
2 lbs veal steak 1/2 inch thick
salt and pepper
cracker or breadcrumbs
1 fried egg per portion for garnish
1 - Cut the veal steak in pieces for serving.
2 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dip in cracker or breadcrumbs.
3 - Let stand a few minutes and fry on both sides.
4 - Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with 1 fried egg per portion.
