Pickled Pigs' Feet II
4 pigs' feet
3 cps vinegar
12 whole peppers
6 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp salt
1 - Split the pigs' feet, scrub thoroughly, and cover with cold water.
2 - Add the vinegar and bring to the boiling point.
3 - Skim off the top.
4 - Add seasonings and boil slowly for 2 hours.
5 - Cool in liquid and serve cold.
